These Terms of Service govern your use of seguincoffeetraders.com, shop.seguincoffeetraders.com, and related services operated by Seguin Coffee Traders (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

2. Products, Availability, and Pricing

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but packaging may change. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing or inventory error.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments and checkout are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, an incorrect price, or a shipping restriction. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Coffee orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75 are charged the carrier rate displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened coffee cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for an authorized return when requested within 14 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Independent Retailer and Third-Party Trademarks

Seguin Coffee Traders is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by H-E-B, LP. H-E-B®, H-E-B CAFE OLÉ®, and CAFE OLÉ® are registered trademarks of H-E-B, LP. Product and brand names are used only to identify the genuine products offered for resale.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, site content created by Seguin Coffee Traders—including original text, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by Seguin Coffee Traders or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute that content without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Shopify and payment, analytics, email, and shipping providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seguin Coffee Traders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory alternative process will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
