Seguin Coffee Traders ships genuine Café Olé coffee from San Antonio, Texas to customers throughout the United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during unusually high demand or severe weather.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Coffee orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75 are charged the available carrier rate displayed at checkout.
- Available services may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and package.
- Shipping charges, available services, and any discounts are confirmed during Shopify checkout.
Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Typical carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and selected service. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order.
Seguin Coffee Traders is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows a problem or your package arrives damaged, use our contact form or call 737-530-2739 and we will help investigate.
Shipping Address Changes
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
