Yes — 100% genuine HEB Cafe Ole, purchased from HEB stores in Texas. We do not sell imitations or knockoffs. What you order is exactly what you'd find on the shelf at your local HEB in San Antonio or Seguin. Seguin Coffee Traders is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with H-E-B, LP.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from San Antonio, Texas — right in the heart of HEB country. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days to most US locations. We ship via USPS and UPS. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship to all 50 US states.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). We're working on international shipping options — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to package every order, but if your coffee arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery via our contact page and we'll work with the shipper to send out a replacement.

Can I return coffee?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.

How fresh is the coffee?

We restock regularly to ensure freshness. All products are within their best-by date when shipped. We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place and consuming within 3 months of opening.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Our subscription plans are coming soon! We are working to let you set up automatic monthly deliveries of your favorite blends. You will save on every subscription order and never run out of your Texas coffee. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when subscriptions launch.

I'm a tourist who visited Texas — can I order the coffee I had there?

Absolutely! Many of our customers discovered HEB Cafe Ole while visiting San Antonio, Austin, or other Texas cities. If you remember the blend name, search for it in our shop. If you're not sure, our Texas Pecan and San Antonio Blend are the most popular tourist favorites.
