Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times are usually 3–5 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email on our Contact page with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packages. Unopened items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we will help.
